Hamm Moor Lane, Addlestone, Surrey – UK

The site, at the end of a lane, has a riverfront aspect and backdrop of a mill house converted into luxury apartments. The design was developed to provide two storeys of flexible Grade A office accommodation that could be adapted to create smaller units to cater for the local business community. Situated within a conservation area, careful attention was paid to the materials selection process. Arched projecting brickwork was designed in response to the mill house, as was the clean, natural slate roof finish.
